Job Description:
• Responsible for overall development and delivery of Quality Assurance products for the maintenance and modification of commercial aircraft
• Quality advocate for Leadership Team to ensure successful achievement of business objectives. Provide leadership necessary for Quality strategies that achieve business objectives.
• Provide overall process/subject matter expertise, overall leadership, and coordination of activities for Quality Division employees and managers. Responsible for the development and administration of quality management system, programs, policies, processes, procedures, company standards, and working agreements
• Ensure the Quality System conforms to established company, international and government regulatory standards and agency guidelines
• Gain and maintain CAAC, FAA, JCAB, and other ISO certifications. Provide coordination with China, U.S., and international customers and with all Regulatory Authorities as required.
Job Skill and Qualifications:
• Prefer a Bachelor"s degree in related field and 10-15 years professional aviation experience.
• Multi-language capability including English and Mandarin Chinese
• Skilled in advising subordinates supervisors or staff members to meet schedules or resolve technical or operational problems. Directly participates in establishing and administering multiple projects. Develops and administers budgets, schedules and performance standards
• Knowledge of policies and procedures that typically affect subordinate organizational units. Knowledge of skills and abilities required by subordinate employees to accomplish organizational responsibilities

• Frequent contacts with managers and customer representatives concerning projects, operational decisions, scheduling requirements or contractual clarifications

●planning/scheduling engineer 計畫/控制工程師

要求：
• 航空航太或相關專業本科畢業, 3 年以上計畫或控制工作經驗（B737和767 系列飛機工作經驗優先）
Bachelors y degree majored in aviation/aeronautic engineering or related field, at least 3 years experience working as Planning or Scheduling (B737 and 767 series is preferred)
• 熟知大型商業飛機維護、大修及改裝業務涉及到的實踐經驗、工藝流程、工藝方法、相應的資訊系統技術、生產計畫和維修流程、認證等業務；
Strong knowledge of large commercial A/C MRO business with regard to practices, processes, methods, appropriate information technologies, production planning and maintenance processes, and certification activities, etc;
• 熟悉相關適航標准、法規要求，有項目管理、生產計畫、生產資訊系統的培訓優先；Familiar with project management, production planning and production information systems is highly desirable; Knowledge of relevant airworthiness standards, regulatory requirements is preferred
• 持有有效的CAAC或者FAA執照，有B737/767機型執照優先
Valid CAAC maintenance personnel license-ME, Type certificate B737/767 series is preferred
• 良好英語會話，書寫和閱讀能力，熟練掌握電腦操作
