1. NDT Level 2 Inspector
Responsibilities:
• Conduct Eddy Current,Ultrasonic,Penetrate and Magnetic testing on airframe related components(such as nose cowl,thrust reverser) and actuation parts,interpret and evaluate for acceptance or rejection,and document;
• Maintain and manage the relevant NDT equipments as per relevant standards,maintain proper records and documentation used in NDT area to meet the relevant authorities requirements (such as CAAC,EASA and FAA);
• Develop and define NDT function & methods to meet Lufthansa Technik Shenzhen production needs;
• Provide the necessary guidance and/or supervision to NDT trainees and Level 1 personnel in the technique/method in which they are certified;
• When specified in the written practice,be capable of developing written instructions from approved general procedures and submit such instructions to Level 3 for final approval;
• Support engineering for sourcing,selection and definition of proper NDT equipment as well as workshop documentation preparation;
• Provide introduction training to structure repair mechanic if required.
Requirements:
• Hold validity CAAC ET,UT,PT and MT Level 2 licenses;
• Basic knowledge of sheet metal repair and composite repair technology preferred;
• Graduate of at least three years accredited science or engineering college or university programme;
• Knowledge of CAAC,EASA and FAA regulations;
• At least 3-years NDT working experiences;
• English capability in speaking,writing,reading,and listening,able to read and understand CMM or other relevant documents.
• Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers,other business areas,and vendors .
2. Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
• Collect and analyze market information,detailed research the business opportunity and demands
• Study and familiarize the aviation industry,especially aircraft engineering,spares management,its practices and procedures
• Workout and implement sales strategies and activities to the accounts
• Promote and sell the products and services
• Create and manage the contracts and other commercial documents
• Interpret technical documents into easy-understanding language
• Define the sales targets and budgets in cooperation with sales & marketing team and the management
• Set up and manage agents and distributor network
• Build up and maintain strong relationship with key customers
• Generate and verify defined report to the management and other department as needed
• Organize customer events,motivate and entertain customers
• Prepare business review presentations to customers
• Design and create news letter and other handouts
• Manage daily administrative work,take other responsibility assigned by the management
Requirements:
• University degree in engineering (preferably aircraft engineering),
• Knowledge in repair and overhaul processes for aircraft structure and structural parts
• Languages: Proficient skills in written and oral English,proficiency in additional foreign languages such as,e. g.,Japanese preferred
• Experience in use of relevant IT office applications
• Self-confident and appropriate appearance and ability to make clear statements
• Negotiation skills,flexibility and winning attitude
• Strong customer orientation
